Revert "adb: Workaround for adb disconnect problem." This reverts commit e38a31e305b0944c0cd1ae782e47e3145d731f0f. This change had the unfortunate side effect of breaking ctrl-C when executing "adb shell <command>" Signed-off-by: Mike Lockwood <lockwood@android.com>
