Revert "init: fix themed boot animation on encrypted devices" This was a poor solution to the encrypted animation problem. Force restarting the boot animation causes a glitch during boot that we don't want. Until we can find a better solution, we'll hide the option to theme boot animation. This reverts commit 2589e2025264fa655e9a860dd27915ac0a238e80.
